Keir visited the Agar Grove Estate with Cllr Danny Beales and Camden Square candidate Sagal Abdi-Wali.
All new build properties on the estate are being built to the Passivhaus Standard which means that they use around 90% less energy than standard buildings.
Keir visited a family for tea and heard about how much of a difference moving to a new home has made, particularly to their energy bills.
